An aircraft is grounded and the replacement part is at another airport, with a supplier or in a repair shop. Nova OBC arranges onboard courier transport to the maintenance team waiting for it.
For AOG desks, MROs and parts suppliers
Send us requests for grounded aircraft, unscheduled repairs or parts needed during a maintenance check. Tell us when the engineers need the component, not just the aircraft's planned departure time.
Include the part number and your AOG or purchase-order reference so the supplier and receiving team can identify the shipment.
Agree the handover before departure
An airport name alone is not enough. Specify the receiving company, a named contact and the agreed delivery point: a stores desk, maintenance facility or another accessible location.
Tell us about any access restrictions in advance. Any airside collection or delivery needs separate confirmation.
Nova OBC does not accept Dangerous Goods.
