Munich to Rome OBC
FOR AOG AIRCRAFT PART

A maintenance team in Rome needed an aircraft part the
same day. The component was ready for collection at a
manufacturer’s facility in southern Germany.
Job confirmed at 11:00 and the part was collected at 14:52.
By 18:20 the courier was checked in at Munich Airport with
the shipment cleared to travel in the cabin as hand luggage.
The courier departed Munich at 19:20, landed at Rome
Fiumicino at 20:55, and handed the part to the maintenance
team at 21:30 — under 11 hours from confirmation to
delivery.
On short European routes, the part flies in the cabin with the
courier: no baggage handling, no waiting at the belt, and a
handover minutes after landing. And as with every Nova OBC
job, collection details and client names stay confidential.
