Frankfurt to Madrid OBC for AOG Aircraft Part

At 03:00, Nova OBC received an urgent request: an MRO team in Madrid needed an aircraft part, and the grounded aircraft couldn’t wait. The part had to leave Frankfurt on the first morning flight.

Our local partner at Frankfurt Airport, with airside access, collected the part from the maintenance facility within 25 minutes of confirmation. While the driver was en route, our operations team booked the earliest suitable flight and assigned a courier.

The courier departed Frankfurt at 06:30, landed in Madrid at 09:20, and handed the shipment to the MRO team at 09:40.
